1. Facilitation of relevant interaction on the local and central level with public authorities - SRC provides personalized solutions for clients who aim to develop strong relations with Romanian officials, particularly with the top political leadership and their key staff, in order to consolidate and improve their position and also to extend their activities in Romania. Easing a positive and constructive dialogue with governmental officials and members of the Romanian Parliament (MP's) is one of our strong points and in support of the internal lobbying efforts, we believe that strengthening relationship with the Romanian Ambassador to the EU and key staff would be very helpful for the success of our clients' operations in Romania. Also, given the current status of the Romanian economy, relationship with representatives of international stakeholders (International Monetary Fund, World Bank, International Finance Corporation, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) may be the key for a successful project.
2. Identification and assistance for new business opportunities: through the expertise and relationships that we have gained and by representing the top investments in Romania, we are able to identify all the interested parties in a certain area, we can introduce our clients to the top management of potential Romanian and foreign business partners and we can arrange for local corporate entities (SPC's). But our major contribution is to make sure that our clients maintain a long term business relationship with these key players. Also, per our clients request we can provide business strategy advice, draft the required documentation for implementation and financing of the projects, legislative and regulatory analysis / monitoring, guidance for initiating and monitoring legislative changes and drafting of simple or integrated market studies.
3. Drafting legal opinions related to income tax, profit tax, VAT, local taxes, social contributions, providing assistance during tax audits conducted by the tax bodies, analysis of the financial situation of the company and providing tax solutions for the activity of the company.
